I just spent a great weekend in Miami with my designer friend Alessandra Meskita & actress Ana Lorena Sanchez!
My main reason for going was so see Meskita being featured in Miami Swim Week at Soho House which was amazing! Her designs are superb!! In the coming weeks, we will be releasing a video of the show featuring my track “Always Love You” which I am excited to share with you!
Aside from relaxing i also got to enjoy 40th birthday of Grammy winning Producer Andres Lopez at his studio. You can see from the pic that we was having a great time!!!

About Rob Meister
Rob Meister – Musician, with a voice for Freedom When it comes to choosing the highlight of his career so far, Rob Meister is torn. Was it the day he shared the stage with the legendary Isaac Hayes at the Berlin Wall in support of religious freedom? Or was it working with the legendary Stanley Clarke, the great Edgar Winter or the electric Billy Sheehan - musicians he once only dreamed of aspiring to be like, but ending up sharing the stage or studio with. As someone who was born to play music, the boy from Tasmania has come a long way. His mother was a concert pianist who studied in Vienna. He grew up in the rugged farmland of the Huon Valley of Tasmania, surrounded by wild animals, & spectacular scenery. After an average day of caring for the family cattle/sheep and chickens plus the odd fight encounter with a tiger snake or being chased by Tasmanian devils, he would find refuge in the sounds of Mozart, Beethoven and Hayden that filled his family home. His mother’s magical playing and family sing-alongs lit the fire and passion for music in his soul. At the tender age of 3 Rob was doing Elvis shows for the neighbours and by 8, he was formally learning piano while his older brother learnt the guitar. One day, while sitting in front of the TV fiddling with his brother’s guitar, he discovered he was actually playing along with the music on TV! From that moment it was goodbye to the piano and hello to learning to play guitar, by ear! Soon classical music gave way to ELO, The Sweet and Kiss but he NEVER forgot his mother’s grounding that inspired him to become a musician. Today Rob Meister in an accomplished Singer, Guitarist and Bassist who is not only called upon by big league international artists to play on their albums, he is also a singer/songwriter in his own right, having released 3 solo albums. An inspiring personal story - from drugs to international success Rob was exposed to drugs at the tender age of 11, which definitely had a negative impact on his life. “As a boy I was told drugs were ‘cool’ and that they would ‘help my music’ but I soon discovered only darkness lay that way. My most terrifying experience was when I lost some friends to drug related suicide and narrowly avoided jail after a big drug bust happened to my closest circle of friends. It was a shock awakening through which I realised I had to make better choices in my life. I was 19 then and after touring my band around Australia for a couple of years, I began a journey to get to know myself better and to understand life better so I could be free of my past darker days. That’s why a big part of my life now is supporting the ‘Truth about Drugs’ education program” and other non profit groups that align with my purpose to help others.” DISCOGRAPHY – MUSICIAN/PRODUCER/VOCALIST 2002 – Endel Rivers – “Hardbite” - Bass 2004 - Amanda Miguel - Feliz Navidad - Guitar & Engineer - Gold Album 2006 - Album Deedee O’Malley – “New York Girl” – Guest vocalist 2007 - Album Ana Victoria - “Ready” – Co-Producer, Songwriter, Musician and Vocalist (2 singles reached Top 10 in Pop Charts Mexico, #1 Radio hits in Costa Rica & Puerto Rico) 2009 AV Live - Producer Engineer 2009 – Album Code – “The Enemy Within” - Songwriter 2012 AV - Songwriter - Latin Grammy Nomination 2012 2012 - Dustin McGahee - Producer 2013 – Album France D’Amour - “Bubble Bath & Champagne” – Guest Artist on “I want more”.
